We work with our clients to ensure that their cultures and people practices are inclusive and encourage diversity. With our industry knowledge and expertise we have created an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion survey with relevant benchmarking data to help our clients tackle and address their data. 

Our support goes further than just a survey.  Our Health Check diagnostic reviews all people practices and policies with an Equity, Inclusion and Diversity lens with practical recommendations and solutions to help our clients build great places to work.

Other projects have also included:

  • Gender pay gap reporting

  • Ethnic pay gap reporting

  • Helping our clients find more diverse applicants in their recruitment process

  • Coaching senior female talent into leadership roles.

Our Co-Founder Aliya is a MEFA Role Model and mentors Black, Asian and ethnic minority talent in the media industry.

 
 
JourneyHR provide the British Fashion Council with essential HR guidance and support. They have an extensive knowledge and expertise in HR and help our Senior Management Team navigate the workplace, supporting them on day-to-day issues, right through to recruitment, employee development and handling difficult conversations. JourneyHR recently conducted a Diversity & Inclusion survey for the business to assess opportunities and challenges. This resulted in opening up a dialogue between employees and establishing better practices where necessary. Their work has been invaluable to our organisation.
