Our founders spotted an opportunity in 2010 to build an HR consultancy offering forward-thinking businesses a flexible and commercially-savvy way to access People and Culture experts. We've witnessed businesses suffer from not investing in the right people and culture foundations, and we've seen the incredible results when businesses get it right. We are people experts who know what great cultures look like.
