Employee Engagement

We all want to work in organisations with high levels of employee engagement. We work with our clients to ensure that employee engagement is measured regularly. Our survey measures engagement (rational, emotional), motivation and organisational alignment. It provides our clients with a snapshot of what they are doing well and what they could be doing better.

We all want to work in organisations with high levels of employee engagement. We work with our clients to ensure that employee engagement is measured regularly. Our survey measures engagement (rational, emotional), motivation and organisational alignment. It provides our clients with a snapshot of what they are doing well and what they could be doing better.

We do this in two different ways and can provide total team anonymity if it is required.

  • Face to face for smaller businesses (typically up to 20 people)

  • An online solution for larger businesses

Both solutions and findings are backed up with a detailed report including industry relevant benchmarking data and our recommendations for further action required.

In 2019 we partnered with the Design Business Association (DBA) and rolled out our engagement survey which was open to all DBA agency members to complete. We are planning to resume this service for them in 2021.

Why is it worth asking your employees to take the Employee Engagement survey?

Well, imagine if the world you thought you knew suddenly changed overnight: you’d want your employees to trust your agency’s leadership team implicitly; for all employees (and employers) to trust and respect each other so much so that everyone would look out for everyone else, and to know that your agency is one that is stronger because everyone has a common purpose that they believe in.

That’s why the Employee Engagement survey is worth its weight in gold. It will help you create this resilience – and make your working life more rewarding (it’s always better to work with people who enjoy their work life!).
