JourneyHR have been a delight to work with. We started with a staff engagement survey back in September 2018 which provided direction for Year 1 improvements.

The JourneyHR team then helped us roll out our values and model behaviours across the business by incorporating them in to revamped appraisal, goal setting and recruitment practices.

In Year 2, following the second engagement survey, we’re introducing a new development programme to help everyone get the experience and training they need to “Thrive at Freedman”.
