JourneyHR has worked closely with us for the past 9 years, from being integral in helping us set the foundations of our HR to, more recently, coaching our managers and advising us on current HR trends. Throughout this time, they have not only been reliable, informative and generally ‘on the ball’, but it’s clear to see that they’ve taken the time to get to know us and our people.

They’ve assisted our HR agenda in a range of ways such as: initially helping us set up our employment contracts & job descriptions; creating a unique appraisal system, and hosting a variety of learning workshops that have been very well received by our team. In addition, JourneyHR’s Head of HR has assisted us through difficult conversations that we didn’t have the experience to deal with independently at the time.
