Employee Engagement 

We work with our clients to ensure that employee engagement is measured regularly. Our survey is underpinned by high-performance team theory, allowing you to quickly identify key areas of strength and improvement. Our tool measures your team’s rational, emotional and motivational connection to your business, alongside how enabled they feel to deliver in their roles. We can do this in two different ways and can provide total team anonymity if required: 

  • Face to face for smaller businesses (typically up to 20 people)

  • An online survey solution for larger businesses

Both solutions and findings are backed up with a detailed report including industry relevant benchmarking data and our recommendations for further action required.

Employee Wellbeing 

Our wellbeing survey helps you to establish your wellbeing goals, underpinned by strategic advice from one of our consultants to implement a wellbeing strategy which is aligned with your business goals and values.

 

Psychological Safety

We partner with a behavioural science consultancy, Behave, to deliver a better understanding of psychological safety within our clients’ businesses, so that they can start to truly measure, build and embed it. Behave define psychological safety as the balance between comfort and discomfort so that employees can step outside of their comfort zones to take well-calibrated risks. Using the Reveal–EX™ tool, we deliver big impact quicker than ever by tackling what matters the most.  Reveal–EX™ decodifies psychological safety into clear and tangible enablers and measures to help companies position themselves for long-term success.

Salary & Benefits Benchmarking

We compare your compensation packages to those of a similar size within your industry and geographical location to ensure that your pay and benefits are fair, competitive and aligned with the market. Our consultants provide strategic recommendations in order to help you stay ahead of the market by making commercially driven suggestions that can work in line with the parameters of your business.

 
 
We worked with JourneyHR on benchmarking our benefits package at Oatly.

They did an exceptionally thorough job, clearly laying out where we were doing well as an employer and where we needed to improve.

They then suggested lots of different tweaks or additions we could implement to our overall package which added a huge amount of value as we were able to weigh up what made the most sense for our organisation.
