It provides our clients with a snapshot of what they are doing well and what they could be doing better.

We do this in two different ways and can provide total team anonymity if it is required; we have a track record of an average of 85% response rates with our clients.

Both solutions and findings are backed up with a detailed report including industry relevant benchmarking data and our recommendations for further action required.

Engagement Framework

To evaluate employee engagement, we ask twelve questions based on rational and emotional engagement, motivation, and enablement.

High Performance Culture

High-Performance Index utilises a pyramid framework to gauge performance in the foundational areas of trust, challenge, commitment and accountability that ultimate drive productivity and consistent results.

Inclusive workplace

The Inclusion Index gauges the organisation's perceived commitment to diversity, inclusion and equity. Assessing whether employees feel a sense of belonging and see the workplace as free from discrimination. It also takes account of the presence of any negative behaviours that could hinder inclusion and diversity efforts.

We have also created a Freelancer Engagement Survey for clients with a large population of freelancers to ensure that their experience is a positive one to build further commitment and improvements in their relationship and work outputs.
