At JourneyHR we believe that both mental and physical wellbeing are issues that employers need to be more aware of. We support our clients to understand their employees and identify signs of personal struggle to help support staff through hard times.
To help a client bring wellbeing at work alive, we co created a ‘wellbeing week’ with an agency to help individuals understand what it means to put good practice in place. We offered 60 minute workshops on a variety of topics including authentic leadership, energy management NutriBullet masterclasses and desk assessments. Other activities such as rounders in the park and yoga lessons, offered an opportunity for interaction across teams and job roles. By making it a collaborative experience the outcome was a more engaged and healthier team, demonstrating how small changes do make a big impact.
